Casa, Vista Park, a groundbreaking single-family rental development in Springboig, has been named the 'Best Build to Rent Single Family Housing Development Award' winner by Lovetorent.co.uk.

This award recognises Casa, Vista Park's innovative approach to housing, offering a range of one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes specifically designed for the rental market. Developed by Casa by Moda, a subsidiary of Moda Living, in partnership with CCG (Scotland), the project marks a significant shift in housing options for Glasgow residents.

Originally intended as a private housing development, the 16-acre site was purchased by CCG Group in 2022 before being acquired by Moda Living. This collaboration led to the creation of Casa by Moda's first neighbourhood and the introduction of a novel single-family rental concept to Glasgow.

Following its launch in 2023, Casa, Vista Park garnered immense interest, with all 156 homes on track to be fully occupied upon project completion in early 2025. This immense popularity combined with the project's innovative design has cemented Casa, Vista Park's position as a leading example of single-family rental housing throughout the UK.
