Business Development Manager - Berwick

Role Details:
Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Berwick
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, early finish on Fridays at 2:30pm)
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus a very generous commission structure
What you will need:
Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within fuel cards, fleet, or oil
Strong understanding of fuel card products and customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
