Haig Kitchens

We spent £26,148.41 on a bespoke kitchen which, 10 months after installation, is still incomplete. Haig has acknowledged that our selected Miele dishwasher does not fit the island designed by Kelly at Haig, yet they refuses to take accountability and alter the island/worktop, they expects us to buy a different appliance to resolve the issue.

We also faced 20+ missing items, incorrect colour plinths that don't match the colour of our kitchen doors, 25 missing handles and incorrect drawer construction plus additional trades men fees.

Imagine spending £26,148.41 on a kitchen and your brand new dishwasher doesn't fit within your feature island, the moulded plinths don't match the kitchen doors, your missing 25 door handles and 10 months on you still can't efficiently use the bespoke kitchen Haig designed for you.
After almost a year, Managing Directors Marc & Paul are refusing to repair/alter their design mistakes and we are still no further forward. What was meant to be a dream kitchen has turned into a complete nightmare. We are pursuing a Section 75 claim/refund through our credit card.

Based on our experience, I would seriously consider taking your custom elsewhere.
