About Metal Sheets Ltd
Based in Maghull, Liverpool, we manufacture made-to-measure products in copper, brass, zinc, stainless steel, aluminium, Corten steel and pewter, combining modern sheet-metal fabrication with specialist hand-finishing and patination.
Our bespoke work includes metal worktops and bar tops, kitchen splashbacks and islands, sinks, reception counters, wall panels and cladding, signage and plaques, door and wall protection, architectural details and decorative metalwork.
We have our own specialist patina studio and produce a wide range of natural, aged, antique and decorative finishes in copper, brass, zinc and steel. Bespoke pieces can be manufactured for individual residential projects through to larger hospitality, retail and commercial installations.
Our in-house manufacturing capabilities include fibre laser cutting, CNC routing and engraving, guillotining, press-brake forming, metal spinning, welding and fabrication. Our 3 kW fibre laser has a 3000 × 1500 mm cutting bed and allows us to manufacture accurate profiles, components, signs and decorative panels from thin-gauge sheet metal.
Metal Sheets Ltd also stocks a wide range of sheet metals including copper, brass, zinc, stainless steel, aluminium, Corten steel, mild steel and pewter.
We work with architects, interior designers, contractors, kitchen companies, hospitality businesses, property developers and private clients throughout the UK and internationally.
Metal Sheets Ltd manufactures in the UK from our workshop in Maghull, Liverpool. Our associated specialist brands include MetalOffcuts, Designs05, MS Laser Services and Kraft Metals.
