Obtained an Insulated Sectional Door with electric operation in 2015 which needs to be serviced annually to maintain 10 year guarantee. This is the 3rd service we have booked and every time we have not had a very good response to our request as we have had to telephone Hendersons many times without satisfactory dates being set up. Also they seem reluctant to get back to any messages we may leave, even though they promised to. Also the product has had one or two issues with reliability. We suspect it is due our location being approximately 43 miles away from their address.
