Inverclyde shop and office fit-out company, AGM Interiors, part of AGM Group, has been awarded the contract by EC Harris on behalf of National Australia Group, to carry out external and internal dilapidation repairs to the four storey Clydesdale Bank building at 478 – 484 Union Street, Aberdeen.
The building requires granite stone repairs, granite lintel replacements, lime mortar repointing, replacing chimneys, repairs to slate roofs, full building scaffolding, timber window repairs, Ashlar repointing, redecoration of windows, replacing expansion joints and a thorough clean down and removal of moss growth and staining.
Internally, AGM Interiors will replace ceiling tiles, redecorate, replace ceramic floor tiles and replace carpets to the stairwell.
