Royal Timber Cladding
The A. Proctor Group has partnered with Bitus, specialists in the Osmose Royale Timber treatment.
| The Osmose Royale process gives soft wood similar properties of hard wood resulting in a timber cladding which is protected, sealed and stabilized with increased water resistance. To enhance wood’s performance a blend of mineral and vegetable oils are used under heat and vacuum to remove moisture from wet timber. After this stage, the timber is preserved with Osmose Naturewood, a modern copper based preservative system. During this phase colour pigments can be added to the Royale oil to give an attractive pre-finished look. Due to this specialised process Royale timber cladding comes with a 30 year warranty against rot and decay. |  |
Porous Paving
Porous paving, such as ProctorPave Grass and Gravel reduces problems associated with impervious surfaces like concrete and asphalt which contribute to an unnatural water course.
ProctorPaveProctorPave allows the water to percolate into the ground where naturally occurring bacteria help break down pollutants such as hydrocarbons. It can also reduce or eliminate the need for other drainage systems and petrol interceptors as well as cutting development costs.
