Top Property Professionals Gather In Irvine

Leading property investors and developers this week visited Irvine Bay to see for themselves the huge potential of the area.

Irvine Bay Regeneration Company was behind the visit, after holding two successful events for the property industry in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The visit to Irvine Bay attracted 25 top property professionals – and in fact demand was so strong that a second visit with more than 20 other key industry people will take place on September 24th.

The event was a detailed briefing followed by a tour of key regeneration sites – including Ardrossan Marina, the Jack Miller site, Stevenston Business Centre, Bridgegate, Irvine Harbourside, NACCO, and the Ayrshire golf development.

Chief Executive Patrick Wiggins said: "The events we held for investors and developers in Glasgow and Edinburgh were fully subscribed. People in the industry were keen to hear about the work we are doing in Irvine Bay, and how working with a regeneration company can be of benefit to them.

"Following on from those successes, we felt it would be a good time to bring some key players to Irvine Bay to see for themselves the potential that exists in this fantastic location. The day was a terrific success, and by the end of the month we will have shown almost 50 key players in development the opportunity that exists in Irvine Bay."
