Space Solutions Completes Edinburgh Office Refurbishment

Space Solutions is hoping to help boost the success of a recruitment firm after completing a refurbishment to its flagship Edinburgh office.

Space Solutions carried out a comprehensive re-design and refit to allow recruitment business Recruitment Zone to maximise the use of its premises, rather than adopt a costly and disruptive relocation.

Recruitment Zone wanted to provide a better working environment for its expanding workforce and to create improved areas for meeting clients. As part of the refurbishment, Space designed a new meeting room and chill-out zone as well as re-organising and re-decorating the existing office space at the Ratho Park office near Edinburgh Airport.

Lisa Kwiecinska, Recruitment Zone's Operations Director, said: "Space has provided us with an excellent service throughout the refit and we are delighted with the results. We have now maximised the space in our open plan office along with providing a fresh new working environment for our staff."

Space Business Manager, Gary McGurk said the Recruitment Zone project highlights the benefits of Space Solutions' specialist service which ensures workplaces are operating as efficiently as possible

He said: "We specialise in helping clients ensure they are making the most efficient use of their property. In many cases, significant changes can be made without large investment.

"Recruitment Zone was considering a move, but was concerned at both the cost and business disruption involved in a relocation exercise. We were able to show them how they could make better use of their existing premises - allowing them to renegotiate their existing lease. We're delighted at the help we have offered Recruitment Zone and we look forward to seeing the business go from strength to strength."
