In the last quarter, Stewart Milne Construction has secured contracts worth over £12m in the Dundee and Perthshire areas.
The contracts will see the company delivering projects for the University of Abertay in Dundee, Hillcrest Housing Association in Aberuthven, Perthshire and high end homes for a number of private clients, also in Perthshire.
Commenting on the contract wins, Bill Imlach, Managing Director of Stewart Milne Construction, said: "While these are challenging times, we are pleased to have secured these contracts which give us a pipeline of ongoing work.
"We are particularly proud to be seeing repeat business with both University of Abertay and Hillcrest for whom we have delivered other projects in the recent past. We are also pleased to have introduced innovation into the social housing project where the adoption of our advanced timber frame will deliver higher standards for the Association and their tenants."
As well as the new contracts, Stewart Milne Construction is nearing completion on new student accommodation for UNITE adjacent to the prestigious Quartermile development in Edinburgh, handed over the brand-new Grangemouth High School and has just completed a new £8m retail centre in Inverurie in Aberdeenshire.
