BDP Wins Inverness College Campus Design Brief

The well known architects BDP has beaten off stiff competition to design a new campus for Inverness College.

The new campus will provide a high quality learning environment for Inverness College, which is the largest of the colleges in the Highlands and Islands, and the largest partner in the group of colleges and research institutions working together to form a university of the Highlands and Islands.

BDP is currently reviewing possible sites for the 20,000 sqm campus which will provide new state-of-the-art facilities to replace the College’s current outdated buildings. The campus is due to complete in May 2013.

Gardiner and Theobald has been appointed as Project Manager/Cost Consultant with an associated engineering team consisting of KJ Tait as services engineer and Struer as civil and structural engineer.
