Across Glasgow and the West of Scotland, attractions linked to the Scottish artist, architect and designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh are celebrating his 141st birthday on the 7th June.
Mackintosh properties and exhibitions are opening their doors with free entry.
There is also a giant birthday card, face painting for children, talks and tours and the AGM of the Charles Rennie Mackintosh Society.
This year's events are part of Mackintosh 100 - a Homecoming Scotland programme - taking place in the build up to the centenary celebrations of the Mackintosh building at the Glasgow School of Art.
On the 7th June, there is free entry to the Mackintosh Church at Queen's Cross, House for an Art Lover and the Mackintosh Furniture Gallery at The Glasgow School of Art.
The Hill House in Helensburgh is opening a giant birthday card to Mackintosh so well wishers can leave their own messages and sketches.
There is still time to join the Charles Rennie Mackintosh Society and head to the members' annual general meeting, which starts on Friday 5th June.
Society members come together from across the world for a Mackintosh packed weekend. Highlights include a talk on a recreated Mackintosh and MacDonald Gesso panel and a tour of Glasgow's Necropolis with its memorial designed by Mackintosh.
A summer programme of public architectural tours run by the Charles Rennie Mackintosh Society begins on the 8th of June. Tours leave from The Lighthouse in the city centre. Designed by Mackintosh for the Glasgow Herald the building is now Scotland's centre for architecture and design. The tours run throughout June and September.
