The winners of the Edinburgh Architectural Association Awards 2009 were announced on Wednesday 6 May at a drinks reception in the Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh.
The Building of the Year Award was won by LeeBoyd for St Paul's and St George's Church. Commendations were received by Bennetts Associates for the Potterow Development at the University of Edinburgh and by ICOSIS Architects for Hope, Pathhead.
Simpson & Brown Architects received the Conservation and Regeneration Award for Blackburn House and Malcolm Fraser Architects was commended for its Young Street Lane development.
The Small Projects Award was made to WT Architecture for their Newhaven Road Extension.
