The renewable energy division of the Aberdeen-based JCE Group of companies will celebrate its first birthday by taking a prominent stand and launching a new product at All-Energy '09 - the UK's largest renewable energy exhibition and conference being held at Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) on May 20-21.
JCE Energy, which has been rapidly building up its expertise with extensive research and development, is currently working on a pioneering product which could place it very much at the forefront of the industry.
This potential world first product will be unveiled at All-Energy '09. Typical applications for this new energy and cost-saving concept would be installed in locations where conventional power and labour requirements are difficult to obtain but are potentially hazardous due to the surrounding atmosphere.
Jim Craig, managing director of JCE Energy, said: "We are specialialising on the design and manufacture of control systems for use with solar, tidal, wind and biochemical power. We have diversified in to this rapidly expanding market by drawing on the knowledge and expertise of the JCE Group of companies, and we strive to deliver to customers a customised product which is developed to the highest standard."
Craig is the managing director of the JCE Group which is a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance control systems for applications where both hazardous and non-hazardous conditions exit.
The JCE Group, which operates from Blackburn Business Park, was founded in 1988, provides competence training services across a broad spectrum of industries including on and offshore petrochemical, fuel storage, sewage/treatment, defence distillation and manufacturing plants. It has facilities in Aberdeen, Plymouth, Singapore and the USA.
