A development of townhouses overlooking the coast at Stonehaven will be unveiled to the public on Saturday, April 4th.
The development by Scape Homes at Invercowie comprises eight townhouses which boast breathtaking, panoramic sea views from their elevated position close to the town centre.
Scape Homes is a family-run firm which is based in Stonehaven. The townhouses which have been created all have four bedrooms with front doors and parking on Ann Street.
Commenting on the Invercowie development, Scape Homes' director Andrew Jack said: "We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to our open day which will give people the chance to view the townhouses - and see the spectacular views for themselves.
"Plenty of space and careful planning means that these are very functional and practical family homes set within easy reach of Aberdeen and at the heart of a bustling and lively Aberdeenshire town."
Prices at Invercowie start from a fixed price of £295,000.
They will be available to view between 10am and 4pm on April 4th.
