New Projects Underway At Glasgow Business Park

Work is well underway with two new projects at Glasgow Business Park on behalf of Silverbank Development Company, a long standing Client of CRGP. The park location is instantly recognisable from the Heavy Horse Sculpture which overlooks the M8 motorway at Junction 9.

New small business units at Parkway Point are currently under construction.

The development is suitable for Class 4, 5 and 6 use and consists of three individual blocks with a total gross floor space of 3,689m² (39,700sqft)

Units sizes are flexible and vary from 178m² (1900sqft) up to 1434m² (15,435 sqft).

Work has also recently commenced on the construction of a new Trade Park.
