Work started this week on road improvements on Kerse Road at Millhall Roundabout, Stirling.
The Council, as part of its City Transport Strategy are improving the approach to Millhall Roundabout from Kerse Road. The improvements will provide a dedicated left turn lane for traffic travelling from Kerse Road onto the A91. This will improve traffic flow at the roundabout, and reduce congestion at peak times.
As part of the City Transport Strategy, further improvements are planned in the future for the A91 between Millhall Roundabout and Muirton Roundabout, to improve traffic flow and ease congestion.
The current works are being constructed by T & N Gilmartin (Contractors) Limited, and are expected to last for 16 weeks.
