A planning application for a two-storey office development on the derelict site of a former filling station has been lodged with Aberdeen City Council.

An interim report on the proposal for the site, which previously housed the Texaco Filling Station at the junction of Crathie Terrace and Holburn Street, will go before the Planning Committee on Thursday 19th February.

The proposal, submitted for C&L Properties Ltd, seeks permission to build a two-storey office block, with a floor space of 1,328 square metres, a 41-space car park, and secure cycle storage facilities.

Full details of the application, with recommendations from planning officials, will be considered by the committee at a later date.
