Scotland's Morrison Construction part of Galliford Try plc has been selected as one of five framework partners on Frameworks Scotland.
The four year construction framework with an estimated capital expenditure in the order of £100m to £150m per annum will be managed by Health Facilities Scotland on behalf of NHS Scotland.
Framework partners will develop acute care facilities on behalf of Health Boards throughout Scotland. Work is expected to start under the framework early in 2009 and will run for four years with a two year renewal option.
Greg Fitzgerald, Chief Executive, said: "Galliford Try has significant experience in delivering projects for the health sector across the UK and is a leading construction provider in Scotland. We are delighted to be working with Health Facilities Scotland to assist them in meeting their objectives for their buildings and facilities."
