The Tenant Services Authority (TSA), the new regulator for housing providers, are having a "National Conversation" where tenants and shared owners across the country have been invited to give their views on what they expect from their housing providers.
The information gathered will be used to set standards and to shape the future of regulation for housing providers. The consultation process runs until 12th March.
This is an opportunity for Places for People customers to influence what is happening on the national agenda. Places for People is offering its customers lots of opportunities to get involved and have a say.
A total of 20 customers are going to regional events held across the country by the TSA.
Places for People's "National Customer Liaison Panel" are holding a National Conversation at their next meeting. The "Futures Group" are having a one off session to have a National Conversation.
The TSA will also be holding specific events for people living in Individual Support schemes including older and young customers.
If you would like to get involved in the National Conversation call the Customer Contact Centre on 0800 432 0002.
