The Muir Group has been appointed by Unicorn Property Group to deliver a £11.7m new office complex on the banks of the River Tay, Dundee.
The 100,000 square feet proposal will consist of two buildings, River Court and City Court.
DundeeOne, which aims to address the city centre's shortage of office space, is set for completion in spring 2010.
The Scottish Police Services Authority, which is leasing one of the buildings in order to build a new Forensics Laboratory.
Planning permission for the project was granted in August 2007 and work has already begun on site.
Muir will deliver City Court to shell stage by January 2009, allowing the specialist fit out of the Forensics Laboratory by the end of March. Once complete, Muir will concurrently complete the build and fit out of River Court.
