The paperless marketing programme for EDI's Ratho Park took another step forward with a special email campaign, encouraging people to visit www.rathopark.co.uk
For every person who clicks through to register their interest and receive regular updates, EDI will offset one tonne of carbon by planting a tree through a carbon offsetting scheme.
It’s an integral part of a paperless campaign that’s believed to be the first in Scotland for a commercial office development.
The paperless campaign reinforces EDI's commitment to high environmental standards and reflects the BREEAM excellent rating secured by the development.
The development will have suites from 586.5 - 2,052.6 sq m (6,119 - 22,095 sq ft) to let.
Ratho Park will provide a self contained business park adjacent to the new Travelodge (completion summer 09) with Café/Bar.
Anticipated B rated Energy Performance building with low running costs 1 car space per 38 sq m (409 sq ft).
DTZ and Jones Lang LaSalle are joint agents for the scheme. Adjacent occupiers include; Reliance Security, Thermal Transfer Ltd, Recruitment Zone, Piscel Technologies, Marine Harvest and Multiple Sclerosis Society Scotland.
