Cllr Stuart Currie, Cabinet Member for Community Housing & Property Management, said: "This work will give us four more properties to rent. The pressures for affordable rented accommodation in the county are immense and the availability of these properties early in 2009 will make a small but much welcomed addition to our housing stock."
