R34, a new restaurant, has opened in a stunningly renovated A-grade, Art Deco building directly behind Glasgow International Airport just 15 minutes from Glasgow city centre.
Named after the airship that completed the first transatlantic air crossing in both directions in 1919, the R34 was constructed on the site where the restaurant is now located.
Under Head Chef and Executive Director John Shield's culinary philosophy of producing simple food using the finest, fresh ingredients, R34 offers unpretentious classic British food with a twist and a rustic edge.
With a diversity of rooms available for hire, all with a choice of freshly prepared catering options, R34 can accommodate boardroom, meeting, interview and training requirements, as well as corporate events, product launches, cocktail receptions and dinners.
R34 is now open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and for Sunday lunches.
