Morris & Spottiswood, one of Scotland's leading fit out and maintenance providers has just completed the £1m conversion of the former Bonnyrigg Health Centre providing patients in Midlothian with quick access emergency dental facilities.
The major refurbishment of the former NHS Lothian medical centre, involved stripping out, demolishing and reconfiguring rooms to create the five dental suites which will accommodate approximately twenty dental professionals, including dentists and dental care staff, as well as extending the facilities to include a seated reception area.
Two new roofs were also constructed to replace the existing flat roof. Work commenced on 10th December 2007, and the project was completed 26 weeks later on schedule.

It was important to us that the timescale was met with minimum disruption to residents as well as staff and we are delighted to be opening the centre for use having met these objectives."
