Despite the apparent global recession, demand for Argyll’s services continues to rocket.
On the back of a successful marketing campaign, including a YouTube video with ITN, Argyll’s order book is extremely buoyant. Contracts have been signed with the Ministry of Justice, NHS and other agencies, to provide a range of lone worker devices and services.
Success is down to two main factors - the quality of the bespoke service and the legislative driver of the Corporate Manslaughter Act.
Managing Director Tom Morton said "Employers have woken up to the Corporate Manslaughter Act and realise that they have a duty of care to protect their employees. Failure to protect will lead to severe penalties including massive fines and some companies could go out of business if found guilty."
