Construction of leading learning and development company Insights HQ is due to begin at Dundee technology park.
The scheme will cost £4m and have the capacity to house up to 135 employees.
Clients of the firm who claim the teachings of Swiss psychologist Dr Carl Jung can help boost success include RBS, Boeing and Microsoft.
Insights' CEO and Dundonian Andy Lothian said: "This is good news for Insights, good news for Dundee and good news for Scotland.
"Our success is based on our people and we are looking forward to creating more high-value jobs across the company."
Dundee West MSP, Joe FitzPatrick, welcomed the development with open arms, hailing Insights as a "true home grown success story" for Dundee and the country.
