Gleeds, the International Management and Construction Consultancy, has appointed Jerry Helley to head their Facilities Management Consultancy division throughout its Scotland operation.
Previously a Professional Advisor in the Facilities Management (FM) arena, Jerry will use his experience of 25 years in the industry to provide specialist consultancy advice across all the sectors in which Gleeds operate.
Based at the Glasgow office, Jerry will also spearhead Gleeds' Sustainability offering in Scotland giving strategic advice and solutions. Over the past two years Jerry has worked on various FM projects covering multi-disciplinary services with an overall capital project value of £400m. Previous clients include the City of Edinburgh Council where Jerry acted as Technical Adviser to the Council on the largest PPP education project in Scotland; here Jerry offered evaluation and advice on all FM proposals.
