Bell & Scott has announced the line-up of speakers for its highly successful annual Commercial Property Conference.

Commercial Property 2008, held in association with the Scottish Property Federation, will debate key issues facing the property industry including the economy, sustainability and regeneration and will discuss the economic impact of iconic tall buildings and mixed use schemes on developments and cities.

The event will be chaired by Bell & Scott's Managing Partner Elect, Paul Jennings.

Speakers include Paul Guest, head of research at Jones Lang LaSalle; Steve Watts, Partner at Davis Langdon and the UK representative for the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat; and Jos Van Eldonk, Senior Partner at Amsterdam based architecture firm Soeters van Eldonk. Stewart McIntosh, journalist and joint editor of compropscotland.com will chair the speaker and delegate discussion at the end of the conference.

Commercial Property 2007 was attended by around 200 of the Scottish property industry's top players and this year Bell & Scott expects to attract even more individuals to this valuable networking opportunity. The event will take place on September 17 at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.
