Cushman & Wakefield's Glasgow Office Agency Team, Gillian Rooney has been recruited as a surveyor.
Due to an increasing number of new instructions within Cushman & Wakefield's Glasgow Office Agency Team, Gillian Rooney has been recruited as a surveyor.
The appointment of Gillian follows the team's recent appointment on such new projects as the letting of 8 Nelson Mandela Place, 180 St Vincent Street, 95 Bothwell Street and The Arc at Hillington.
Gillian, previously worked with Lambert Smith Hampton for three years where she provided advice to a range of different occupiers in acquiring and disposing of all types of office accommodation including Land Securities Trillium, BBC, Catalyst Capital LLP, AXA and PBN Holdings.
She completed an honours degree in the History of Art at the University of Edinburgh before taking her MSc in Urban Real Estate Management and Development at Heriot Watt University.
The Glasgow team is led by Andy Cunningham, Partner, who said: "Gillian is a welcome addition to our team, particularly as we have had success recently in converting a number of deals, while attracting additional new business."
