Law firm Pinsent Masons has recruited Stacey Smyth as an associate and Scott Johnston as a senior associate to its award winning construction team in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Scott Johnston recently returned to Scotland from Australia where he practiced with Freehills Solicitors in Sydney. Scott has a wealth of experience in construction and engineering disputes.

Stacey is dual qualified in English and Scottish law and her experience includes providing advice on all aspects of construction - through tendering and contracting, to completion. Stacey also has expertise in all aspects of construction due diligence in real estate transactions.
