West of Scotland based housing developer Turnberry Homes have said they are bucking the downward trend in the property market with customers queuing for new build apartments.

Turnberry Homes launched their new site of luxury apartments at Parkhall Gardens in Clydebank on Saturday June 7 and discovered a queue of buyers waiting to snap up the new apartments. With a queue forming at 6am, half a dozen apartments were sold soon after and a further two were reserved.

Turnberry Homes have reported that over the previous weekend the company saw the release of new luxury townhouses at their riverside development at Castle Quay in Dumbarton and sold seven of them at prices starting from £220,000. They also noted significant interest for the next phase of the development due to be released in the Autumn.

Sales Director, Pat Houston commented: "In today's market buyers can be highly selective and get exactly what they are looking for at the right price if they know where to look. For many people there's never been a better time to buy."

Turnberry believe their latest two launches have been such a success, because they have the right product, in the right location and most of all at the right price.

Prices are set to ensure excellent value for money, proving to win homebuyers over and create confidence with their decision to move.
