The numbers and quality of visitors to the Anderson Floor Warming (AFW) stand at the recent Homebuilding & Renovating Show held at Glasgow's SECC this year, was exceptionally high, well informed and keen for business, with many contact details and building drawings taken.
Consequently, the weekend seemed to fly by and culminated in a well earned trip to Rothesay.
Now, their team of estimators and project engineers are focusing their attentions on following up these qualitative enquiries whilst continuing to service AFW's existing clientele. Amongst those who we are currently pleased to work with them commercially are; the West Lothian Civic Centre, where we are supplying and installing the Under Floor Heating (UFH) systems for Crown House Technologies and installing Perimeter Trench Heating.
Then, following on from a previously successful supply and installation of Under Floor Heating systems at Carus House, Clydebank for Speyroc Limited, we are shortly to supply and install an Under Floor Heating system to their new Altum Building, at the West of Scotland Science Centre.
The premises will comprise of a two-storey building designed to a high quality, incorporating a secure communal reception area & natural ventilation. Energy saving environmental features includes; a NIBE ground source heat-pump, by Ecoliving Ltd., supplying Under Floor Heating, DDA compliant, high quality LG3 lighting, generous floor to ceiling height, & passenger lift. Speyroc Limited is aiming to achieve a very good BREEAM rating for the building.
Concurrently, private domestically; they have several prestigious new-build Under Floor Heating installations underway, where we are supplying and installing UFH systems to floor areas exceeding 500m2 each. We are also installing heat-pumps to many of these installations.
Plans are in place to attend further exhibitions and continue promoting the advantages of Under Floor Heating systems and their impact on the Environment and continue providing balanced & impartial advice on the many diverse types of energy sources and further enhance Anderson Floor Warming's reputation and standing, as market leaders in the field of Under Floor Heating.
