East Lothian Housing Association has launched its new complaints service and leaflet following an overall review of the service.
It aims to make it easier for anyone unhappy with the service they have received to make a complaint, and includes a freepost form that can be detached from the leaflet and returned to the Association.
The review of the service follows on from the recent launch of the Association's website, www.elha.com. As well as filling out the form, the complaints service can also be accessed through the website, where further information about the service is also available.
ELHA Chief Executive, Martin Pollhammer explains: "Obviously we are keen to avoid complaints, but where we get things wrong, we want to know about it.
"Making sure people can use our website to give us feedback is one important way of making sure this happens, but we also appreciate that some people would rather use the more traditional way of putting things in writing to us."
