Rok has performed well despite the national downturn in construction.
They have won £240m of new long-term frameworks – mostly in social housing and education - since the beginning of the year.
Turnover for the first quarter of 2008 was up by more than 20% over the previous year.
Long-term partnership arrangements currently stand at £1.9bn.
The integration of AIRS, their insurance arm acquired last autumn, is processing well.
In addition Rok’s response maintenance operation grew strongly in the first quarter.
