McKean & Company Invest In People And Quality

Glasgow construction company, McKean & Company, a division of the McKean Group, is celebrating after successfully passing a recent Investors in People assessment and an annual NQA Audit.

The Investors in People standards have recently been reviewed, setting businesses with more stringent criteria than previous years. The revised standard measures the company against 10 indicators to demonstrate improved performance. One fifth of the company's employees were interviewed during the recent assessment and achieved the required standard on all 10, with the required standard exceeded on two of these indicators.
