Fife Council have approved plans for an urban village in Dunfermline.
Development company Linklever will convert a former linen damask factory, known as Pilmuir Works, into three shop units, a restaurant and gym and 54 flats.
An additional six storey block housing 25 flats will be built on the complex.
The development will also include a creche and small museum outlining the history of the Pilmuir works and of Dunfermline's textile heritage.
