The timber-frame development supports local housing need and the wider regeneration of Royston, offering families secure, high-quality places to live.

Each new tenant received a travel plan and residents’ pack aligned to the 20-minute neighbourhood concept, signposting nearby services, shops, public transport, and walking and cycling routes within a short distance.

The recognition reflects the efforts of site and office teams, along with project partners and the client, in delivering quality homes for the community.

The company thanked Premier Guarantee for hosting the event and congratulated all winners and finalists.
