Mia Keith of Morrison Construction has been crowned Young Employee of the Year at the 2026 Highland Business Awards.

Keith, Communities and Social Impact Coordinator with Morrison Construction Building Highland, received the honour, sponsored by The Springfield Group, in recognition of her contribution to the business and communities across the Highlands.

In her role, she has forged partnerships with Developing the Young Workforce (DYW), Highland Third Sector Interface, The Highland Council, Jobcentre Plus, Barnardo's Works, UHI Inverness and the Scottish Men's Shed Association, alongside a range of charities and community groups. She also mentors young people through MCR Pathways and provides industry insight as a member of the DYW Advisory Board.
