Shawbridge Arcade Takes Top Prize At The Herald Property Awards

CCG (Scotland)'s £15m Shawbridge Arcade in Pollokshaws has been named Affordable Housing Development of the Year at The Herald Property Awards for Scotland.

The ceremony took place on 24 September 2026, celebrating one of the Scottish property sector's most prestigious programmes. With more than 70 finalists, CCG Group featured across multiple categories and, in partnership with Wheatley Group and Coltart Earley, secured the Affordable Housing Development of the Year accolade.

Located within Pollokshaws, one of Glasgow's Transformational Regeneration Areas, Shawbridge Arcade has transformed rundown commercial premises into 75 mid-market rent homes for Lowther. The project reached formal completion earlier this year.
