Persimmon Homes West Midlands has appointed Phil Keegan as its new Construction Director, bringing more than two decades of industry experience to the role.

Keegan began his construction career as a carpenter in 2005. He progressed to Assistant Site Manager in 2011 and became a Production Manager in 2018 at Taylor Wimpey.

Before joining Persimmon, he spent more than two and a half years as a Contracts Manager at Bloor Homes, leading construction teams and overseeing the delivery of new-build homes.

In his new position, Keegan will head the construction team across the West Midlands business, working with colleagues, subcontractors and supply chain partners to support the delivery of new homes and maintain high standards across the region's developments.
