CCG (Scotland) has announced that four of its developments have been shortlisted across three categories at the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Scotland Housing Awards 2026.

The CIH Scotland Housing Awards celebrate excellence, innovation and best practice in delivering high-quality homes and neighbourhoods across the country.

Developed with local authorities and housing providers, the shortlisted projects reflect a shared commitment to creating places where people and communities can thrive.

In the Excellence in Development for Affordable Housing category, Woodend Farm in Hallglen — delivered with Falkirk Council — has been recognised for its 111-home programme, which blends contemporary affordable housing with the sensitive restoration of a historic farmhouse. The building has been converted into modern apartments, preserving a local landmark while contributing to a vibrant new neighbourhood.

Under Excellence in Regeneration and Sustainability, Braehead in Bonhill — delivered with West Dunbartonshire Council — features 17 modern, energy‑efficient homes that replace vacant land and support the area's long-term renewal.

Also shortlisted in the same category, Shawbridge Arcade in Glasgow — delivered with Lowther, part of Wheatley Group — has transformed a prominent brownfield site in Pollokshaws into 75 affordable homes, advancing the regeneration of one of the city’s designated Transformational Regeneration Areas and creating a sustainable new neighbourhood.

In the Excellence in Accessibility and Inclusion category, Mount Pleasant in Alexandria — delivered with West Dunbartonshire Council — comprises 19 homes designed to meet a wide range of needs, promoting independent living through accessible, thoughtfully planned properties that prioritise wellbeing, inclusivity and long-term adaptability.

The multiple shortlistings underscore CCG’s focus on delivering homes that respond to the changing needs of Scotland’s communities. The projects highlight the value of strong collaboration between clients, consultants, local authorities and project teams, helping to create lasting benefits for residents and neighbourhoods.

Winners of the CIH Scotland Housing Awards 2026 will be announced in November 2026.
