Representatives from Dundee City Council recently visited the site to review progress. Following the completion of ground stabilisation and foundation works, the team has erected the masonry for the ground-floor apartments, installed the first-floor concrete slab, and is progressing facing brickwork across the development.

Designed to complement the local streetscape, the homes will incorporate high-performance insulation and a hybrid heating system pairing a boiler with an air source heat pump, supporting high-quality, energy-efficient living for future residents. The development remains on programme for completion in 2027.
