Two CCG schemes have been recognised at the 29th Scottish Design Awards, which celebrates Scotland's most inspiring architecture and design.
The awards provide a national platform for work shaped by Scotland's people, places and culture, and are judged by peers who understand local contexts and challenges.
Reiach and Hall Architects won GOLD 'Residential – Multi Unit' for Pine Place. The 28-home development was delivered by CCG for New Gorbals Housing Association and is a strong example of urban regeneration in a prominent Glasgow district.
Maltings Wynd also added to its accolades. The 78-home private housing scheme for igloo Regeneration, part of the mixed-use Dundashill Regeneration Masterplan in Glasgow, received a Silver award for 'Climate Resilient Landscaping', awarded to Rankin Fraser. The honour brings the project's tally to six awards in the past 12 months, following its RTPI award earlier in June.
