Dunbritton Housing Association has confirmed that Heather Maitz will become Chief Executive Officer on 1 September 2026, as the organisation prepares to bid farewell to current Chief Executive Allan Murphy.

Gary Mulvaney, Chair, said: "Heather brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of Dunbritton, having been with the organisation since 2005. During her time with us, most recently as Head of Finance & Corporate Services, she has developed a strong knowledge of our operations, our tenants and communities, and the challenges and opportunities facing the housing sector."

The announcement added: "Heather is honoured to take on the role of Chief Executive and to build on the strong foundations already in place at Dunbritton. I look forward to working with Board, colleagues, tenants, and partners to ensure we continue to provide high-quality homes and services, while responding positively to the opportunities and challenges ahead."
