A 16-week programme to enhance energy performance and external fabric across 36 River Clyde Homes properties is underway, with steps in place to minimise disruption for residents.
AC Whyte is delivering a £625,000 package of energy-efficiency and external fabric upgrades on behalf of River Clyde Homes, aimed at boosting the long-term performance and sustainability of 36 homes.
Running over 16 weeks, the scheme is designed to improve condition, durability and thermal efficiency, helping to create warmer, more comfortable homes while safeguarding the housing stock for the future.
Works being delivered include:
- Roof replacements and associated works
- External render improvements
- Cavity wall insulation
- Fascia, soffit and chimney works
The programme forms part of River Clyde Homes’ ongoing investment in maintaining and improving its properties, ensuring residents benefit from enhanced building performance and increased energy efficiency.
As with all occupied-property projects, careful planning, clear communication and consideration for residents are central to delivery. AC Whyte’s teams are working closely with River Clyde Homes and residents to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.
The project is progressing well on site, with works continuing towards successful completion as the partnership moves forward.
