Morrison Construction has completed a comprehensive programme of expansion, refurbishment and new-build activity at The Dalmore Distillery, reimagining the home of one of Scotland's most iconic whisky brands.
Founded in 1839 on the shores of the Cromarty Firth by Sir Alexander Matheson, The Dalmore is recognised globally for its craftsmanship and heritage. The project upgrades and modernises the site while carefully respecting its historic fabric and premium standing.
The multi-faceted scheme demanded close coordination and meticulous attention to detail, with each component delivered to ensure consistency in quality, craftsmanship and finish. The completed works provide a refined operational and visitor experience aligned with the brand's elevated positioning.
Gordon Williamson, Managing Director for Morrison Construction Building Highland, said: "Delivering this project has been a privilege for our team. The Dalmore is a globally recognised name with a proud heritage, and our focus throughout was on creating a facility that reflects the quality, craftsmanship and ambition of the brand.
"From refurbishment works to the new-build elements, every stage required close collaboration and attention to detail, and we are proud to have helped shape the next chapter of this iconic distillery."
