CCG projects have been confirmed among the finalists for the Scottish Design Awards 2026, which recognise standout architecture, creativity and the people behind it across the country. Now in its 29th year, the programme describes itself as providing a "national platform dedicated to work shaped by Scotland's people, places and culture, judged by peers who understand the local context and challenges".
In the Regeneration and Masterplanning category, Wyndford is a north Glasgow development of more than 400 homes that CCG is scheduled to start later this year on behalf of Wheatley Group and hub West Scotland. ECD Architects has led the masterplan, which includes mixed-tenure housing, a community hub and an integrated network of new public spaces.
Pine Place is shortlisted in Residential Multi-Unit. Delivered by CCG for New Gorbals Housing Association and designed by Reiach and Hall, the 28-home scheme combines flats and terraced houses and forms part of NGHA's comprehensive redevelopment of former tenement and multi-storey sites across the south Glasgow district over the last 40 years.
Maltings Wynd features in the Public Realm/Landscaping category. The multi-award-winning private housing project in north Glasgow comprises 78 three- and four-bedroom townhouses and is the second of two phases within the Dundashill Regeneration Masterplan. Delivered by CCG for igloo Regeneration, landscape architect rankinfraser developed a climate-resilient strategy complementary to the homes' eco-friendly ethos, including rain gardens, amenity spaces, shelter planting and public artwork.
