CCG has announced its significant presence at this year’s Scottish Home Awards, with six separate developments and the group itself shortlisted for a total of 13 accolades. The awards, widely regarded as a benchmark for excellence in the Scottish housing sector, are scheduled to take place on 16 June.
The group is aiming to build on its recent successes, having won four awards in 2025 and secured the Excellence in Sustainability title for the past two consecutive years.
The 2026 nominations for CCG include:
• CCG Group: Affordable Housebuilder of the Year and Excellence in Sustainability.
• Mount Pleasant: Excellence in Sustainability and Inclusion (a joint submission with West Dunbartonshire Council and Anderson Bell + Christie).
• Whiteford Avenue: Housing Regeneration Development of the Year (in partnership with Caledonia Housing Association).
• Lennox House: Social Housing Development of the Year – up to 100 units (delivered for Sanctuary Scotland).
• Shawbridge Arcade: Social Housing Development of the Year – up to 100 units (delivered for Wheatley Group).
• Pine Place: Social Housing Development of the Year – up to 100 units (delivered for New Gorbals Housing Association).
Furthermore, CCG Homes—the group’s private housing arm—has been recognised for its "net zero ready" West Shore development. The project is a finalist in both the Starter Home of the Year and Large Private Housing Development of the Year categories.
A spokesperson for CCG expressed the firm's delight at the news, extending congratulations to all clients and project delivery partners involved in the nominated developments.
