Robertson Group has renamed its Facilities Management division as RFM and appointed Adrian Mole as Chief Executive Officer, RFM, as part of a wider initiative to operate its businesses more independently.

Mole has spent the past eight years at Robertson, most recently serving as Executive Managing Director of Robertson Facilities Management. With more than 30 years' industry experience, he has helped win and deliver major contracts and supported the division's expansion across the UK.

In his new post, Mole will guide the next stage of RFM's growth, with the business continuing to operate across hard and soft FM while building further capability in energy management and decarbonisation.

Facilities management has been a core Robertson service for 25 years, with customers including the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service, NHS Business Services Authority, National Galleries of Scotland, Wakefield Council, Scotrail, and Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council.

RFM remains a Robertson family-owned business, supported by the Robertson Group Board.
